"Return was easy and exchange came quick"
I had to send back a pair of jeans that didn’t fit quite right, and it was way easier than I expected. The exchange showed up fast too, with no weird hassle or waiting forever. Defintely makes me feel good about shopping at Gap online again.

I had some kind of issue with my delivery and I was annoyed at first. Gap support got back to me quicker than I expected and somehow got everything sorted without making it a big thing. I don’t know, it just felt like a solid experience overall.

"Delivery can be a little unpredictable"
I generally like ordering from Gap, but the delivery experience has been kind of hit or miss for me. Sometimes my order shows up right on time, and other times it gets delayed without many updates along the way. My last order arrived 4 days late, which was frustrating, but thankfully everything in the package was fine. Overall, it’s not a dealbreaker, but I’d feel a lot better ordering if the shipping updates were more accurate.

"Sizing was spot on"
Ordered a pair of jeans and a hoodie from gap.com, they both fit exactly how I expected. Shocked. I actually used the size chart this time and didn’t have to send anything back, which almost never happens for me. Nice. Happy with the whole thing.

"I still wait for the sales"
Gap has always felt reliable to me, and I still remember getting one of my favorite hoodies there years ago and wearing it constantly. The quality is usually decent, but the prices can feel a little high when things aren’t on sale. These days I mostly wait for a discount before buying anything.

I always seem to have good luck finding my size at Gap, even when I’m looking for colors I assumed were already sold out. It’s such a relief when I can actually get what I had in mind without hunting around everywhere.

"Quality feels a bit hit or miss now"
I ordered a couple of shirts from Gap recently, and they looked nice when they arrived, but the fabric feels noticeably thinner than what I remember. One of them also shrank a bit after the first wash, which was annoying. It’s not awful, but for the price I expected better. I also wish it was easier to talk to an actual person when there’s an issue instead of just clicking around online and dealing with automated help. Overall, they’re okay, just not as good as Gap used to be.

"Finally, rewards that feel worth it"
As someone who’s always trying to stretch my clothing budget, I was happy with the Gap rewards. "About as easy as I hoped it would be"
I used gap.com expecting it to be a straightforward shopping experience, and it was.
